Heat Treatment:

Using controlled heat treatment ovens, we maximize casting hardness, achieving a 600–700HB rating for parts exposed to high abrasion.

Our scrap buy-back program enables clients to recycle used high-chrome parts for remelting, contributing to sustainability. For large or combined orders, we offer cost-saving, freight-free delivery within several states. By arranging a back haul of your used parts, you can reduce costs even further. Please note Dews can only accept High Chrome Scrap. Scrap must be placed in containers or pallets for hauling or handling.
