Different environments demand different guard rail profiles. We manufacture the full range of beam, cable, and industrial barrier systems — each designed and fabricated to match the specific energy absorption and deflection requirements of your project.
W-Beam Guard Rails
The most widely deployed highway barrier in North America. W-beam guard rails use a corrugated steel profile that deforms on impact to absorb vehicle energy. We fabricate W-beam sections in standard 12.5-foot and 25-foot lengths using 12-gauge galvanized steel, with punched bolt slots conforming to FHWA guardrail standards.
Thrie-Beam Guard Rails
Thrie-beam profiles provide a taller contact surface and higher containment level than standard W-beam. Commonly specified for bridge approaches, median barriers, and elevated crash-risk locations. Our 10-gauge steel fabrication meets AASHTO MASH test level requirements.
Cable Guard Rail Systems
High-tension cable barriers offer excellent energy absorption with minimal vehicle damage in low-angle impacts. We fabricate the steel posts, anchor assemblies, and terminal hardware for cable guard rail installations on highway medians.
Industrial & Facility Guard Rails

Materials & Specifications
Material choice directly determines how a guard rail performs under impact, how long it resists corrosion, and how well it integrates with existing infrastructure. We work with proven steel grades and finishing processes backed by ASTM and AASHTO standards.
ASTM A36 Structural Steel
The standard for guard rail posts and beams. A36 provides a yield strength of 36 ksi with excellent weldability and formability for corrugated profiles.
Hot-Dip Galvanization
Per ASTM A123, our guard rails receive hot-dip galvanized zinc coating for 25+ year corrosion resistance in highway and coastal environments.
AASHTO M180 Compliance
W-beam and thrie-beam sections are fabricated to AASHTO M180 specifications, covering material grade, beam dimensions, corrugation depth, and bolt-hole patterns.
Precision CNC Fabrication
Post holes, mounting plates, and connection hardware are CNC-machined for exact alignment, eliminating field fit-up problems and reducing installation time.
