Founded in 1941 as a Gray Iron jobbing foundry mainly to supply the booming Mississippi timber industry, C.L. Dews & Sons Foundry has grown into one of the countries leading producers of Abrasion Resistant High Chrome Iron for the mining, quarry, and recycling markets.  And while our focus has shifted somewhat we still pride ourself on remaining a jobbing foundry.  So we can still take care of your gray iron needs whether it be construction castings, sprockets, kiln car wheels, municipal castings, or marine castings.

Dews Foundry has the capability to produce castings ranging in size from 4 lbs to 3,300 lbs.  Our foundry is set up to efficiently produce one casting or thousands of castings.  Castings can be furnished as rough cast, rough machined, fully machined, heat treated or blanchard ground.

We specialize in all types of mining related castings including anvils, impellers, hammer bars, liners, flights, and much more.  We are truly your one stop shop for all of your mining and quarry related castings.

Dews also offers crusher tables, anvil rings, rotor shoes, as well as a large stock of specialty bolts and common hardware.  If you are not in the market for a new crusher table or anvil ring let Dews quote you on a table or anvil ring re-build done right here in our in-house fabrication facilty.
