Dews Foundry was established in 1941 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. At our foundry you can count on personal assistance from four generations of experience. It is fully and completely a family owned and operated machine shop and steel fabrication facility. Our foundry holds excellent family-oriented customer service, provides freight-free shipping in areas, on-site patterns, and a scrap buy-back program. Most of all, we are here to serve you quality and dependability.

Our foundry has expanded many casting capabilities since its start in the early 1900’s. We offer different types of industrial needs including one-of-a-kind replacement to production needs. Our castings include a variety of gray iron and high chrome iron and are all produced from chemically bonded sand molds.

We are not your average steel fabrication and machine shop. We look to satisfy our customers with quality and efficiency. We furnish our castings through many different avenues. They can be furnished as rough cast, rough machined, fully machined, heat treated, or painted. Then they are shipped directly to our customers. In 1995, we were able to follow through with an expansion, worth three million dollars, which enables us to manufacture the highest quality parts while operating with the latest foundry technology.
